Welcome to Richmond Housing Trust

Richmond Housing Trust is a 'not for profit' industrial and provident society charitable housing Trust. We provide Warden supported rental housing to people who are visually impaired, disabled and/or elderly, thus enabling them to lead an independent life with the help and support they require.

Richmond House consists of 12 flats, with each flat having a seperate kitchen and shower or bathroom with the added benefit of all heating, lighting and water being included within the rent.

Other benefits include a 'well-used' communal lounge, a private and secluded rear garden, careline services to all rooms, non-resident warden and a weekly cleaning service for those residents who are visually impaired.
